Carkeek Park Winter Portrait Session / Seattle, Washington

 

Even in Seattle there is an occasional sunny day during winter. Makayla, Cate and I got together for a shoot at Carkeek Park and lucked out with gorgeous, clear skies. It was so fun exploring the rocky beach and green trails throughout the park. Sunshine, ferns, moss, beaches, a random dog that came up to us…. these are a few of my favorite things. As you’ll see, there was tons of fun energy between Cate and Makayla during our shoot. They cracked me up the whole time- especially when they traded accessories and outfits throughout the session.

Here’s that random dog I was talking about! He was so stoked to run up the trail and greet Cate and Makayla. Who doesn’t love meeting random dogs?
