Margaret & Jason // Seascape Golf Club Autumn Wedding Aptos, California

 

Ahhh that coastal haze … it creates the most perfect weather for an outdoor afternoon ceremony, and the most gorgeous sunsets!  Margaret and Jason’s fall wedding was . I met up with these high school sweethearts a few times over the course of a year and a half before their wedding. I loved having the chance to get to know them beforehand because I felt so much more personally invested in them on their wedding day. So many of my clients come from out of state to get married here in the Bay Area, and so it’s not very common for me to have the chance to actually spend much time with couples before the wedding! All that said, I was still so surprised when Jason started leading a very high-energy traditional Portuguese group dance during the reception! I had no idea he spoke Portuguese or that he was a great dancer. What a fun surprise!
